Job Description

Position Details:


Responsible for the daily management and coordination of construction sites, ensuring that construction progress, quality, and safety comply with company and relevant regulatory standards.


Supervise the performance of construction personnel and subcontractors, inspect construction processes, and implement safety measures.


Promptly identify and resolve construction issues.


Report progress regularly to the project manager, assist in cost and material control, and ensure smooth project completion.





Job Requirements:


At least 3 years of construction site management experience, with supervisor or foreman experience preferred;


Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and work safety requirements;


Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing workers and subcontractors;


Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, and the ability to withstand pressure on the construction site;
