Key Responsibilities:


Supervise and coordinate workers in cutting, shaping, and processing textiles products


Ensure machinery is operating efficiently and safely


Monitor production schedules and maintain quality standards


Train and support staff to meet performance and safety targets


Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate maintenance when needed


Maintain records of materials, output, and labor


? Requirements:


At least 2 years of supervisory experience in wood/textiles processing or related manufacturing


Strong knowledge of wood types, processing techniques, and equipment


Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively


Good communication and problem-solving skills


Familiarity with workplace safety regulations
