Project management in the food and beverage industry. To carry out cleaning duties as assigned, ensuring standards are followed to maintain hygienic, sanitary and safe food handling conditions. Oversee workers and assistant supervisors within designated kitchen operations, ensuring a five star service is achieved at all times, whilst maintaining a high level of productivity and ensuring deadlines are met. Assist Manager to settle ad-hoc matter, and liase with the Assistant Chief Steward, Chef de Cuisines and Restaurant Managers when problem's happen. * Night-shift duty
