Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure all areas are well maintained Assign tasks and monitor performance of cleaning crew Inspect facilities regularly to maintain hygiene and safety standards Manage cleaning supplies, inventory, and equipment usage Train and motivate staff to achieve excellent service delivery Handle scheduling, attendance, and reporting

Requirements:

Proven experience in cleaning supervision or related field Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks efficiently Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment Good organizational and problem-solving skills * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or evenings if required
