Job Description

Duties and Responsibility

Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials as well as the plants on site Manages the daily activities in an efficient and productive manner Monitors the daily work logs of all assigned subordinates. Supervises proper maintenance of machinery, equipment and facilities to ensure efficient operation Schedule worker overtime during peak periods or whenever necessary Strictly enforce company and government-dictated work and safety rules Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

Strong oral communication skills Able to understand of drawing and method statement. Must be a team player and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Good time management skills

Education

Diploma or Certified in construction related field such as from BCA / ITE. Cotretrade Supervisor or Workman Pass skill test by BCA

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of working experience for construction project as Supervisor. Willing to work 6 work week. * Willing to work on Night Shift and Overtime.
