Spa/Massage Supervisor

to lead our spa team in delivering exceptional wellness services. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of hygiene and customer service, and motivate staff to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Client Experience & Service Quality

Personally perform massage or spa treatments as needed during busy periods or staff shortages. Greet clients warmly, assist with intake forms, and consult on treatment needs or preferences. Ensure clients feel relaxed, respected, and comfortable throughout their visit. Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and promptly.

Staff Supervision & Team Leadership

Oversee day-to-day operations of the massage/spa team. Supervise staff to ensure professionalism, hygiene, and service quality are maintained. Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new therapists or spa staff. Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude and high service standards.

Scheduling & Operations

Manage daily appointment bookings and staff schedules to optimize efficiency. Step in to support front desk or therapists when needed. Monitor treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adequate supplies. Ensure spa equipment is in good condition and arrange repairs when needed.

Inventory & Product Management

Monitor usage of massage oils, towels, linens, and spa products. Restock supplies and coordinate with vendors or management for orders. Ensure storage areas are organized and products are stored safely and hygienically.

Sales, Promotion & Business Support

Recommend services or packages to clients based on their needs. Encourage product sales or add-on services to enhance client experience. Assist in implementing marketing promotions or seasonal offers. * Track service trends and suggest ideas to improve spa offerings.
