Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff including washers, ironers, and folders. Ensure timely and high-quality cleaning of all laundry items including linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing. Inspect laundered items to ensure cleanliness and quality; address any issues promptly. Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure optimal performance. Maintain inventory of laundry chemicals, detergents, and linen; place orders as needed. Schedule staff shifts and assign duties to meet operational demands. Operate and maintain laundry equipment; report any malfunctions for repair. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals. Implement and maintain quality control procedures. * Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office) to ensure smooth operations.
