Planning and scheduling of projects
To ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working
Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.
To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers
Training for new workers
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements
Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course or related courses
At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
