Job Description
Responsibilities
Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and co-ordinate sub-contract works Oversee projects progress & construction activities. Submit of shop drawings and obtain approval from consultants and/or clients. Ensure timely delivery of projects accordingly to schedules. Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants and clients for execution of works. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality procedures and standards. Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC other relevant qualifications Relevant working experience in interior fit-out works or construction field Able to read architectural & technical drawings thus translates to construction activities Able to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook. * Possess the relevant safety certifications like BCSS a plus
