We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and results-driven Supervisor to oversee daily operations and team performance. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and provide direction to team members. Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Schedule and assign duties to ensure efficient workflow and coverage. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Train new employees and support ongoing staff development. Handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with management to improve productivity and processes. Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and incidents. Enforce quality control standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software (e.g., ERP systems, scheduling tools). Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required. * Knowledge of safety regulations and operational standards in the relevant industry.
