Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily shop operations and ensure SOP compliance Assign therapist rotations and manage staff breaks Handle customer concerns and support service recovery Assist in training new staff and maintaining service quality Provide foot reflexology and body massage Ensure customer comfort, hygiene, and a professional environment Manage inventory logs and basic admin tasks
Requirements
2+ years of massage experience (foot/body) Strong leadership and communication skills Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented * Able to multitask between supervisory and therapist duties
