Job Description
we are looking for supervisor whom Oversee daily site operations to ensure renovation works are completed on time and according to project specifications.
Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Work Planning & Scheduling
Plan daily and weekly work schedules based on project timelines.
Arrange manpower, materials, and equipment needed for each task.
Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager or Director.
Quality Control
Inspect workmanship to ensure all tasks meet design and quality standards.
Identify defects or discrepancies and arrange corrective actions immediately.
Conduct handover inspections and ensure defects are rectified before project completion.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all workers comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Report and investigate any accidents or unsafe practices on site.
Material & Inventory Management
Check delivery of materials and verify quality and quantity.
Manage storage, prevent material wastage, and ensure proper documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain site diaries, attendance records, and progress reports.
Submit daily or weekly site updates including photos, progress, and issues.
Client & Management Liaison
Communicate project updates and concerns to clients and management.
Handle minor client requests or feedback professionally.
Requirements (optional to include)
At least 2-3 years of experience in renovation or construction supervision. Knowledge of carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, and painting works. Able to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple trades. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
