Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site Enforce safety and compliance protocols Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standards Resolve conflicts and problems that may arise during construction Maintain detailed and accurate site records, including daily logs, incident reports, and inspection documents Communicate regularly with the project manager regarding progress, issues, and updates Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and used. Provide leadership and guidance to construction Site Team. Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety regulations Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficient with construction management software and MS Office * High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
