Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
Ensure work meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
Lead and manage workers and subcontractors.
Conduct safety checks and enforce WSH standards.
Inspect and verify materials and workmanship.
Prepare daily site reports and update progress.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities when needed.
Requirements:
Diploma/Nitec in Civil, Mechanical, or Building Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience.
Good knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Valid BSCC or Supervise Construction Work for WSH certificate.
