Job Description
Supervise and manage a team of employees Train and coach team members on job responsibilities and performance expectations Monitor team member performance and provide feedback for improvement Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards Identify and address performance and behavioural issues in a timely manner Plan and coordinate team member schedules and workload Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives Manage inventory and supplies as needed * Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all team members
