Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily site operations to ensure work progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance. Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion. Communicate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and building management accurately and professionally. Resolve site issues promptly and independently without waiting for instructions. Prepare daily site reports, progress photos, material take-offs, and material requests.

Requirements (Strict Criteria - Please Read Carefully):

? Mature, steady, and responsible. We are looking for someone who can stay long-term.

Strong understanding of Singapore construction/renovation standards, HDB / JTC / Commercial projects, safety regulations, and site procedures.

(Familiar with PTW, RA, MOS, SCDF inspection is a strong advantage.)

Must be able to read construction drawings

(floor plan, RCP / ceiling layout, electrical, plumbing, and basic structural drawings).

Able to solve on-site issues independently

without constant supervision.

Disciplined and reliable:

No late attendance, no unnecessary leave, no phone browsing on site, no excuses.

Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required

during peak periods.

Basic English communication skills

to coordinate with management, vendors, and building officers.


?

Physically healthy, no alcohol/gambling addiction, no job-hopping habits.

Preferred but Not Mandatory (Bonus Points):

Valid SSSC / BCSS / SCW certificates Class 3 driving license Experience leading a team Basic knowledge of CAD or simple markup drafting Stable family/living arrangements in Singapore (indicates reliability)
