Key responsibilities
Team and site leadership:
Lead and guide M&E workers and subcontractors, assign tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations and workflow.
Project management:
Schedule, monitor, and report on the progress of M&E installations; assist with project planning and scheduling.
Coordination:
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve conflicts and ensure projects stay on track.
Technical oversight:
Supervise M&E activities to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications; assist in testing and commissioning systems.
Quality and safety:
Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance; enforce safety policies and conduct toolbox talks.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work done, material usage, labor deployment, and project-specific documents such as drawings and reports.
Logistics and resources:
Ensure timely procurement and allocation of materials, tools, and equipment to site teams.
Required skills and qualifications
Technical expertise:
Knowledge of M&E installations, such as AC systems, and proficiency with related tools and equipment.
Experience:
A minimum number of years of experience in a relevant M&E field.
Leadership and communication:
