Key Responsibilities



Supervise and guide store staff in daily operations. Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean. Handle cash register operations and daily sales reports. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering and receiving. Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with company standards. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Support store manager in scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Assist with merchandising and promotional displays.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a budget or convenience store environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Able to work independently and manage a small team. Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on duties. * Able to work weekends and public holidays as rostered.
