Customer Service: Resolve complaints professionally for satisfaction. Train staff on communication and problem-solving.
Inventory Control: Manage stock through checks, coordinate restocking, prevent waste/shrinkage.
Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Display products, organize shelves, maintain clean/safe store. Implement promotions.

Job Requiremnts:
Education & Experience: High school diploma; associate's degree preferred. 2+ years retail/mini-mart experience, 1+ year supervisory role.
Skills: Leadership, team management, scheduling/training/performance experience. Communication skills. Proficient in math/cash handling, familiar with POS/inventory software.
Knowledge: Retail operations, sales, inventory control, loss prevention. Awareness of local regulations.
