Job Description
Lead and supervise production teams to achieve daily output targets, production schedules, and quality standards. Plan and coordinate daily workflow, ensuring efficient allocation of manpower and resources. Prepare and manage duty rosters for operators and technicians, including overtime planning. Collaborate closely with the production planner to ensure timely execution of shipment schedules. * Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering and quality to resolve production issues.
