Job Description

Team leadership:

Motivate and guide a team, assign tasks based on strengths, and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.


Operational management:

Supervise daily activities, ensure operational equipment is maintained, and oversee tasks to meet schedules and project requirements.


Performance monitoring:

Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and conduct training for new and existing employees.


Communication:

Serve as a conduit for communication between the team and senior management, providing performance updates and making recommendations.


Required skills and qualifications



Proven experience as a supervisor or in a relevant role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Ability to provide clear direction and motivate a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of company policies and relevant industry regulations. Proficiency with basic software, such as Microsoft Office. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
