Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role Organizational and leadership abilities Oversee and coach employees Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Problem-solving skills At least 3 years of experience Must work on weekends/PH.
