Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily welding activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards


Monitor and evaluate the performance of welding personnel, providing guidance and support for skill development


Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met


Conduct regular inspections of welding work to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to industry standards


Implement and maintain documentation for welding processes and procedures


Participate in training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff

Requirements

Preferably with 8-10 years of relevant working experience


Excellent leadership and communication skills


Able to work rotate shift/ night shift


Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules


Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of all welding machines, tools, and equipment.


Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements


Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
