Manage the sales team, set performance goals, and monitor progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Lead the development and maintenance of key customer accounts, and participate in major negotiations and contract signings.
Coordinate internal resources (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Review customer quotations, sales contracts, and accounts receivable, controlling sales costs and risks.
Organize sales training to enhance team product knowledge and sales skills.
Participate in brand promotion and marketing activities to enhance the company's visibility within the paper industry.
Perform other duties assigned by senior management.
