Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support the Workshop Manager in managing the workshop operations and ensure all KPIs are met.
• Verify and recommend overtime to ensure vehicle readiness
• Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures.
• Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and sites to ensure workshop conforms to all health & safety regulations.
• Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost
• Any other tasks assigned by the Workshop Manager

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Candidate should possess a NITEC in Automotive Technology or professional Engineering certificate
• At least 5 years of technical and supervisory experience in the automotive maintenance industry
• Basic computer knowledge
• Proven organisational, management and administrative skills
