A conducive home-away-from-home also provides opportunities for the students to develop socially, morally, emotionally and intellectually, which allows them to develop holistically and reach their fullest potential. _________________________ Jobscope:
Shift system
- Manage the daily operation of the centre
- Handle administrative duties \xe2\x80\x93 student and staff record, correspondence with clients and stakeholders, collection of fees, issue receipt and bank in cash/cheque
- Oversees the staff\xe2\x80\x99s welfare, Staff duty roster and supervises & guides staff in Classroom Management
- Cover Staff\xe2\x80\x99s duties when staff is on Annual Leave or MC
- Conduct monthly staff meetings to plan programmes for the centre
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager / Dept Head
- Minimum degree with at least 5-8 years of working experience in Student Care/school, preferably in a supervisory position
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Enjoy working with children
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership skills with multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Experience working with students and engaging them
- Location of workplace: Newton (10minutes walk away from MRT station)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday - 10:30am to 7pm (no need to work on weekends)
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
