Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist the department in verifying and compiling of all service / job sheets after work done by vendors, contractors, and external parties
• Periodic generation and submission of reports to relevant authorities / vendors on a daily basis
• Maintain a systematic archiving procedure of crucial documents and preparation for audits
• Prepare annual budgeting and expenditure projection (CAPEX & OPEX)
• Facilitate vendors for site survey and visits
• Monitor projects progress and ensure that critical milestones are adhered to
• Perform administrative tasks such as raising purchase requisitions and orders for the department
• Monitor & track contracts validity and initiate renewal process
• Participate in ad-hoc night activities (fare data checks & system maintenance etc.) as and when required

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Possess at least a Diploma in IT Management, Engineering, or related field
• Preferably with 3-4 years\' working experience in relevant industry
• Experience with SAP Enterprise system is a plus

Skills

• Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
• Ability to work independently and communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Open and keen to explore new and existing systems (CFMS/NOBE etc.)
