Support the function of Training & Compliance Department :
Administration of courses organized by the Company.
Implement Safety initiatives for drivers and staff
Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System.

Responsibilities
1. Efficient Management a) Provide efficient administration of all the training programs for our drivers. Where appropriate, call absentees and reschedule them to another class. b) Ensure logistic arrangements for the courses. c) Liaise with external parties on course-related matters. d) Update training materials; and periodically review and improve on course materials.
2. Quality Maintenance Ensure proper and prompt administration of trainees\' training records. Ensure proper maintenance of records. Ensure proper maintenance of records for grant submission.
3. Excellent Customer Service Ensure that feedback/queries are replied within 5 working days from the date of feedback/queries. Attend to drivers\' needs and provide coaching and / or counselling when necessary.
4. Productivity Movements Contribute by identifying department process that needs improvement. Contribute actively in company\'s ISO certification, SQC etc.
5. Others Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports. Conduct training in Customer Service, Safe Driving, F3 Taximeter, Payment Device and MDT in CSRS course; and any other relevant courses for the drivers.
6. Other Roles
Any other tasks and assignments given by superior as part of training and development.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Diploma in any field
Holds Class 3/ 3A Driving Licence
Added advantage if incumbent has Taxi Driver\'s Vocational Licence
Preferably with ACLP/ ACTA certification
Skills
Preferably with knowledge of TDVL, traffic Safety Requirements, training & development experience
Able to speak English and Mandarin/ Malay
Good knowledge of Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Framework
