Job Description


Our client is a leading visual arts institution which oversees the world's largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian modern art.
DETAILS

  • Nearest MRT: City Hall MRT
  • Rostered 5 days between Mondays to Sundays; 9am to 7.30pm
  • Gross Up To $2750
  • 1-Year Renewable Contract + Completion Bonus*
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor productivity, provide feedback, and coach employees
  • Guide and train new staff
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues, manage feedback and service recovery
  • Assist and inform visitors, ensuring artwork safety
  • Process sales, manage ticketing, promote exhibitions, events, and tours
  • Maintain brochures, cleanliness, and daily sales reports
  • Stay updated on policies, payments, and security
  • Facilitate group visits and pre-print tickets
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Working experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is preferred
  • Leadership qualities will be advantageous
  • Service-oriented and customer centricity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and good teamwork
