Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising construction sites and electrical/plumbing projects. Responsible for ensuring that a project is completed on time and within budget. Update on projects progress and reporting to Director. Deploy / coordinating and supervising construction workers. Arrange tools and materials collection / delivery to sites. Making safety inspections and conduct meetings with workers on daily job requirements. Ensure safety compliance across the worksites. Maintaining quality control procedures and cost saving methods. Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings. Writing reports and do paperwork related to projects. Helping to source and negotiating new contracts and new clients.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics / Civil Engineering / Project Management / Business Administration or relevant trade certificates. 10-15 years' experience in a construction environment or project-based work site. Certified Construction Site Safety Supervisor or building trade vocational certificates. Depth knowledge in electrical & plumbing field required. Able to communicate fluently and write well in English. Possess driving licences, Class 2B (Motor) or Class 3 (Car) will be an advantage. Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends/PH, as needed) * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
