Greet and assist customers Respond to customer inquiries and complaints Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods Inventory stock and reorder when necessary Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing,delivery,and after-sales support.

Requirements?

Proven experience in sales within the curtain and textile fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients. Knowledge of curtains,fabrics and relevant products will be a distinct advantage. Familiar with market trends and competitive landscape in the curtains and textile sector. * Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
