Attend all site leadership meetings, Gemba walks and daily standups to ensure supplier quality is responding to site & customer needs relative to purchased product (Voice of customer).
Work with supplier to ensure all corrective action requests are obtained and implemented per targets due dates in support of Global Operations (GOPS) Quality Non-Negotiable.
Manage supplier performance metrics for the sites i.e. Clinic Metrics, Management.
Review CABs, Non-Negotiable, present current status to leadership team and recovery efforts.
Support urgent needs/requests from the site, when non-conforming purchased product immediate recovery efforts have been deemed necessary or when efforts have failed to be effective.
Support DQR/Source Inspection process by raising supplier concerns to DQR Management Team @P&C for immediate risk mitigation.
Support clinic team in review of suspect nonconforming material on purchased product.
Consult with supplier for immediate containment when non-conformance has been confirmed on purchased product.
Support Procurement/Accenture with RTV\xe2\x80\x99s and RMA requests when product to be returned to support an investigation.
Take the lead in the investigations for any supplier related quality issues.
Perform V2 & V1 QN assignments as tasked.
Support SRI Process when requests are received from assigned suppliers.
Determine if a formal corrective action is required, and if so, which level.
Review and approve supplier QIM responses \xe2\x80\x93 driving to best mistake proof level as possible, ensuring the solution is robust.
Participate in performance improvement processes through CORE.
Qualification and Education Requirements :
Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering.
At least 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Good working on Quality Management System meeting AS9100 requirements.
Knowledge of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) will be added advantages.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Generate quality related reports.
Able to work in rotating shifts
