Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Quality Manager to join our clients team. As a key leader, you'll drive supplier quality performance, develop and implement strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global team to ensure "Best in Class" supplier quality performance Develop and implement supplier strategies Collaborate with R&D, Technical Operation Management, and Test Program Engineering Drive supplier development and improvement activities
Requirements:

Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or similar field Minimum 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry(e.g., wafer process technologies, assembly, test). Strong knowledge of semiconductor design and processes * Excellent leadership and communication skills
