Job Description
- First article, Incoming inspection on mechanical and electrical parts
- Support R&D for prototype inspection
- Internal calibration for gages, jigs, and fixture
- CMM programming for new parts
- GOM or other optical inspection for prototype parts
- Supplier Source Audit
- Assist Engineer in non-conformance management.
- Training intern
- Ensure supplier uses the right equipment for inspection.
- Other admin work related to supplier quality that include purchase request
- Diploma, ITE (with relevant experience), preferably Mechanical / Electrical engineering
- Minimum of 1 years of similar experience in original equipment manufacturer / contract manufacturing.
- CMM Programming skill, preferably Zeiss
- Drawing knowledge preferably Advanced Geometrical Dimension and Tolerancing knowledge
- Preferably inspection knowledge on PCBA, cable and other electrical parts
- Able to travel to supplier in Singapore, Johor Bahru in Malaysia.
- Calibration process knowledge
