Responsibilities We're looking for a well-organised, results-driven Supplier Relations Manager to be part of a global team owning supplier relations management and providing advice on sales and procurement decisions. Lead supplier strategies, including managing relations and rationalization Build strong relationships and maintain contracts and service level agreements with suppliers Assess costs with suppliers and identify opportunities for savings or cost reduction Perform strategic sourcing, by preparing business cases, contract alternatives and financial models Work closely with internal stakeholders for negotiations with suppliers Ensure that suppliers are optimized in each region and market Review and evaluate performance of suppliers to identify areas for improvement Support commercial teams in identifying new suppliers for business solutions Interface with suppliers as the main point of contact Ensure that supplier information is properly recorded within the internal systems Stay updated on technology trends and developments, including attending exhibitions and events. Requirements Tertiary education in any discipline At least 2 years of work experience in supplier relations or vendor management Prior experience in working in the technology, telecommunications and internet space would be an advantage Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a structured environment Interest in the business and commercial aspects of technology Proactive, open-minded and willing to learn attitude Flexibility, problem-solving skills and go-getting attitude Ability to work well under pressure Positive mindset, enthusiasm and drive Excellent communication skills, including negotiation skills.
