Job Description
To be the Go to Person for all inventory related queries, reports and analysis
Responsible for collecting, collating and analysing Inventory data and publishing the monthly dashboard
Key Responsibility:
Data Collection and Checking
- Ensure that the markets submit the data as per the timelines in the required format
- Perform checks to Ensure that the data submitted is as per guidelines (Time frame, Inventory locations, required Granularity) and if required ask for resubmission
- Ensure that the right commentary is available to explain high stock levels
- Manually consolidate all the submissions to Generate a single report with the right KPIs calculated
- Validate with the central Finance report to understand and explain Gaps if any
- Identify Markets/SKUs with high inventory to understand key Reasons and ensure that there is plan to bring the inventory to the right level
- Follow up with the markets/planners on the action plans to reduce Inventory/write offs
- Publish the monthly inventory report and analysis as per timelines
- BS degree or equivalent degree in Business Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or other related field of study
- APICS, any other Supply chain certifications
- 5-6 years of experience in the area of Inventory management/Supply Planning
- Excellent Excel skills are a must for this role
