With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we are strengthening our analytical firepower and seek for a highly motivated Data Analyst to ensure that the digital requirements align with the Supply Chain work processes and business needs, optimizing processes and reducing inefficiencies through digital solutions / architecture.The role reports directly to the Global Head of Supply Planning, based in Singapore.What you will doThe Senior Supply Chain Analyst position will give you an excellent platform and opportunity, to deep dive into the Medtech and hearing aid industry. • Lead the data integration to support our Supply Planning performance analysis, driving efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a robust digital architecture that enables seamless data flow
• Utilize data and analytics to identify and address operational optimization, driving continuous improvement
• Define and implement an end-to-end digital supply chain, working with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance and IT functions to drive digital transformation initiatives.

What you bringThe ideal candidate be an outstanding leader who can drive this change at pace yet do so in a sustainable manner. We are looking for an engaging leader with a demonstrable track record of designing and implementing a world-class customer-driven supply chain. This will require well-developed analytical skills and an ability to work with broad range of different stakeholders and countries. We are looking for a strong Analyst who can bring a different perspective and take the Supply Chain capability to the next level.

• Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Strong understanding of digital technologies (MRP) and their application in optimizing work processes
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques for driving operational improvements
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and unlock value creation opportunities through digitization.
