Collate data and information as input to business case for substantiating project initiation and continuous improvement
Analyze and identify process gaps and shortfalls by methodology such as Ishikawa diagram, Pareto, RCA, VBM etc.
Bring visibility to Supply Chain performance and support measurement and management of key performance metrics by using Power BI and other appropriate tools to report forecast accuracy, on time delivery, inventory etc.
Work with the Supply Chain leaders, functional and business counterparts to understand Supply Chain metrics and devise format to present Supply Chain performance accordingly
Develop administrative approach in ensuring sufficient reporting and controlling for ongoing initiatives are in place
Co-lead projects that aim at delivering recurring as well as one-time benefits through examples such as implementation of S&OP suite, network analysis, reduction of dysfunctional inventory and 3PL tender coordination
Devise demand planning approach to collecting, analyzing and improving sales forecast which includes optimization of portfolio (e.g. sell-out, pruning) and adoption of reasonable production strategy (e.g. MTS, MTO vs ETO) depending on the stage of product life cycle to balance supply between service and inventory
Lead the preparation of S&OP materials and co-facilitate discussion and align decision-making in business review meetings attended by senior business/ function leaders with present performance status and gaps from future demand and supply outlook
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain or Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Project Management is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
