Description

This role is required to partnering with business division leaders, marketing team and other Market/Region/Global Finance teams. The selected incumbent will be handling three main scopes: Deal Management, Price Management and Gross Margin Management.

• Achieve more favorable agreements that result in increased profits, standard payment terms, and reduced risks, all while expanding the business.
• Periodically revise the proposed contract template with pertinent financial metrics, including management rates, comprehensive product costs, price lists, and SG&A rates, as needed.
• Collaborate closely with both global and local finance teams to supply sales data for on-demand inquiries regarding annual sales and rebate payout calculations and communications.
• Effectively communicate the implementation of price increases to the Local Finance teams
• Actively engage in monthly business review meetings with the SEA Market/Division Lead, focusing on identifying risks and issues, and establishing appropriate action plans and tracking methods to handle these risks
• Create country-specific Pricing & Portfolio reviews, enabling discussions on pricing tiers and strategies for streamlining the product line-up.
• Enhance the gross margin of current business operations.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Division Leads/Marketing to assess customer profitability and explore opportunities for solution penetration. Additionally, discuss risks, issues, and establish action plans and tracking mechanisms to address them.
• Prepare essential reports for the FP&A team to support monthly business reviews with management.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance or other related area
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior knowledge on Citrix BI, EPM, and PowerBI will be an added benefit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and build strong relationships within a highly matrix organization
• Hybrid Working: 2 days WFH
• Willing to commit to 1-year contract (renewable or convertible)
