Job Description
Broad Functions:
To assist Manager in various aspects of supply chain functions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain management / material management or equivalent with 2 years of relevant working experience A MUST!
- Good self-discipline, positive working attitude, good team player
- Able to multi-task
- Proficiency in Computer literacy
- A team player who is self-disciplined, good leadership qualities, resourceful and problem solver
- Coordination with internal and external parties (customers, vendors, and freight forwarding companies)
- Arrangement of daily shipment.
- Preparation of full set of shipping documents for export and import
- Management of Customer and supplier for order follow up, delivery etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Japanese global company with love, trust and respect as culture
- Dealing with Petrochemical (Plastics, Rubber etc)
- Working in Jurong Island
- Salary Range: 2.2K to 3.3K + Site Allowance $220 + S$75 Transport Allowance + Bonus + AWS: 3-4 months
- 5 days\' work week 8am - 4.45pm
- Company transport at Jurong Island & Lakeside
- Contractual AWS and variable performance bonus
