Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers/supplier & freight forwarders etc)
• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating/sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking, etc)
• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
• May be required to travel on a case by case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting)
• Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Requirements:

• The candidate who possesses the following skills:
• Teamwork
• Communication skills
• Time management and accuracy
• Problem-solving
• Basic knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
• Microsoft Office Proficiency

• Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• In addition, the candidate will be entitled to monthly transport reimbursement.
