Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Description

Liaise with HQ, international sales subsidiaries, internal and external stakeholders on Supply Chain.
Handle inbound order:
\xc2\xb7 Create PO
\xc2\xb7 Expedite orders fulfilment
\xc2\xb7 Forward shipping docs to HQ import/export department
\xc2\xb7 Monitor and contribute feedback towards suppliers\' performance
Others:
\xc2\xb7 On/off-sites inventory stock take
\xc2\xb7 Support strategic purchasing request
\xc2\xb7 Monthly reporting
\xc2\xb7 Any other assignment from immediate superior
Pre-requisites:
\xc2\xb7 Singapore or PR only
\xc2\xb7 Able to converse in mandarin and English
