Supply Chain Data Analyst

Description -

What a Supply Chain Data Analyst does at HP:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations, with reporting components from multiple data sources
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
• Develop and maintain databases, and build solution that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets
• Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
• Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.

Individuals who will do well in this role usually possess,

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Typically 4-6 years of experience in supply chain function or Business / Systems Analysis
• Good knowledge of manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Strong teamwork and project management skill
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other tools, such as Python programming, html.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus or equivalent 1 year experience overseeing organization\'s AWS cloud services and infrastructure
• Good understanding of HP business units and HP business strategy
