Degree/Diploma with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics & operations management
Experience in supply chain, inventory planning and operation management
Familiar and manage with export documentation and letter of credit payment
Excellent in communication and coordination skills
Have knowledge of ERP system
Comfortable in administrative duties
Available to start immediate

The Job

Manage and liaise with 3PL on all logistics arrangement, incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery
Handle monthly stock balance reconciliation and monitor/coordinate inventory transactions
Maintain shipping records (provide tracking or shipping history information to customer)
Ensure all shipping documentation and authorities approvals
Generate reports for internal management team
Other duties assigned
