The Opportunity
- Our Client is an established MNC company
- Supply Chain Executive
- Maternity Cover - 3 months
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- Working Location: Beach Rd, Singapore
- Degree/Diploma with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics & operations management
- Experience in supply chain, inventory planning and operation management
- Familiar and manage with export documentation and letter of credit payment
- Excellent in communication and coordination skills
- Have knowledge of ERP system
- Comfortable in administrative duties
- Available to start immediate
- Perform order processing, costing, booking of trucks/shipments, invoicing and prepare shipping documents
- Arrange and manage shipments, production plants, distribution hubs and warehouse
- Co-ordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, transporter and warehouse operators
- Inventory management
- Perform physical stock counts at warehouses
- Purchasing and rate negotiation
- Attend meeting when required
