Job Description

• Position : Supply Chain Executive (Procurement & SAP Management) - Up to $4500 + AWS
• Location : West - Toh Guan Road (Near MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 (based on experience & qualifications) + AWS + Variable Bonus + 15 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent Full Time
• Industry : Logistics

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for procurement management and order management in SAP such as issuance of purchase order and goods receipt/issue/quotation, order confirmation, invoice and other sales related documents.
• Material and supplier master management in SAP.
• Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products.
• JIT inventory management, review inventory levels and warehousing cost.
• Assist in stock taking to ensure physical stock accuracy/integrity.
• Assist in price negotiation with suppliers and invoice management.
• Preparation and proposal of annual price list.
• Work closely with customer\'s representatives to ensure service satisfaction.
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve issues, complaints, or any major incidents in a cost-effective and expeditious manner.
• Assisting in logistics management such as/
• Updating transportation cost overview;
• Planning of shipments with sales team and logistics providers;
• Plan and implement import/export strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service/Procurement role.
• Good working knowledge of incoterms and proficiency with SAP.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Maintain a mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in mandarin.
