Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Manage customer orders and coordinate the full supply chain process, including order placement, production follow-up, import/export arrangements, and payment tracking. Handle after-sales matters and coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Oversee import operations and documentation, ensuring smooth customs clearance and on-time goods delivery. Monitor and control inventory levels to support order fulfillment, optimize stock turnover, and ensure data accuracy. Manage trade settlements and documentation (e.g., Letters of Credit L/C, Open Account O/A), ensuring compliance and timely collection. Prepare regular reports and data analyses on delivery performance, inventory status, receivables, and expenses to support business decisions.

Job Requirements:



Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, or international trade operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, able to manage dynamic schedules and priorities. Effective communication skills in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
