Job Description
Responsible
- Responsible for order and procurement management in SAP such as issuance of purchase order, goods receipt/issue issuance of quotation, order confirmation, invoice, and all other sales related documents, etc..
- Material and supplier master management in SAP.
- Liaison with suppliers and customer for on-time delivery and quality products.
- JIT inventory management, review inventory levels
- Update transportation and warehousing cost.
- Preparation and proposal of annual price list
- Obtain approval from MD according to the approval matrix.
- Resolution of issue, complaints, invoice discrepancies with professional manners.
- Plan shipments in collaboration with sales team and logistics providers
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service/Procurement role.
- Good working knowledge of incoterms and proficiency with SAP.
