We're thrilled to announce the opening for Supply Chain Intern in our Moet Hennessy Singapore office, offering a hands-on experience at the intersection of supply chain and process automation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline daily operations, identifying improvement opportunities and developing automated solutions using VBA, Python, and Power Automate. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical skills in a real-world setting while establishing a solid foundation in supply chain process optimization.


The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a

6-month intern who can commit to a part-time schedule, four days a week

, starting the first week of August .

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute...

Collaborate with Supply Chain Team members to identify areas for process automation. Automate processes via VBA/Python/Power Automate and continuously evaluate and enhance automation processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. Prepare VBA, Python & Power Automate training materials and conduct training for the Team. Other adhoc reporting & Supply Chain projects.

What will you learn...

Process Optimization & Problem-Solving:

On-the-job training to identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to improve operational productivity.

Project Management Skills:

On-the-job training to gain experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to achieve goals.

Communication Skills:

Develop communication abilities through active participation in project discussions.

Are currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field. Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python, and Power tools such as Power Pivot, Automate, Query etc. Are familiar with and experienced in using UiPath. Are independent, goal-oriented, inquisitive, and self-motivated. Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. Are detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
