What you will do:

This position reports to the Logistics CoE Manager, APAC. The incumbent is required to provide operational support to the L&D organization in the area of reporting, logistics and distribution cost & data analysis.

How you will do it:

• Prepare weekly or monthly L&D management reports & presentation materials as and when needed and provide detailed analytics on the reports
• Provide digital automation solutions such as power automate to solve daily operations issues
• Properly document the digital automation solutions SOP & project charter
• Conduct cost and data analysis for all L&D related projects and studies through the development of appropriate templates & models. Collects and analyses data systems, procedural activities and information flows, and assess the efficiency and costs of supply chain processes
• Analyse relevant data, develop & maintain Power BI Reports for key business objectives
• Recommend improvements in the area of reporting, data analysis & KPI
• Lead/Support implementation of L&D projects in system integrations, continuous process improvements, new logistics & distribution projects and S&OP process. Manage project management activities for functional projects. Responsible for profitable and timely execution of specific project or projects
• Support Operational Excellence culture building programs and work with regional teams to build a continuous improvement environment
• Support any ad hoc projects as and when assigned by the supervisor

• Degree holder in Finance, Computer Science, Industrial & Systems Engineering or material Management, Engineering,
• Advance Microsoft Excel with skills in power query is a must
• Power Automate skills with the ability to develop flow independent is a must
• Power BI report developers skills is a must
• Experience or knowledge in Baan or SAP is a plus
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Certified Black belt will be preferred)
• Enthusiastic individual with high initiative, able to work independently; embraces challenges in a dynamic environment
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of English with strong business report writing and presentation skills
• Analytical and logical with ability and confidence to present to senior management
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects while meeting challenging deadlines
